A workshop working with a chair at home. We will mix jazz, body language, cat gestures and of course tribal fusion.
We will improve our skills dancing sitting on the chair, behind, next to the chair… in a dynamic and sexy choreography.
Perfect if you don’t have too much space at home.

Bio

Morgana is a pioneer of fusing dance with weapons and martial arts.Her work and has many facets; from Far Eastern culture over Science Fiction to the Victorian Era with a dark twist. She is a versatile and sought after instructor and performer all over the world!

Her work is very prolific and varied; her choreographic compositions are inspired by stories, characters from films, computer games and animals!

MEW (Morgan East & West) format, a 5-level program, that fuses Oriental dance, Tribal Improv & Morgana’s Tribal Fusion Stylization. It is currently taught in Madrid, Italy and the United Kingdom (MEW International), as well as via thematic workshops around the world.
Morgana is also the founder of Excalibur Dance Company, a dance and stage-fighting company with almost 25 years of experience in Europe, and the organizer of the Spanish edition of the international alternative dance festival Gothla Spain.

Belladonna

Queen of Swords

Belladonna is a master of sword dance, well-known for her double sword work and her un-dulled scimitar balancing. She has spent the last 20 years developing her skills and crafting her own sword dancing style.

She is true pioneer in modern sword dancing, having introduced a variety of grip changes, body balances and signature combos to the sword dancing world at large. Let her guide you through using your sword as a partner and infusing strength and purpose into your sword work. Swords are for more than just balancing – they can be sensual and powerful partners

Bio

Belladonna is a modern fusion belly dance instructor, performers and show producer from Washington DC. She is also a certified yoga instructor, fire dancers, troupe director and artist.

Inspired by the power and healing dance can evoke she believes that self expression is essential for ones well being, and hopes her performances inspire others to find a passion they want to pursue.

Catherine Taylor

Dance is our way to express ourselves. In this workshop, we'll get lost in the music as Catherine guides you through some movement drills, which will lead into combos. We'll then use these combos to play with how we can express our emotions, whatever they may be, through dance.

Bio

Catherine is a captivating Fusion Belly Dancer, known for her strong stage presence, clean technique and innovative choreographies, as well as her exciting and passionate teaching style.

She holds certifications in Unmata style ITS and in Zoe Jakes' Dancecraft format, as well as Global Caravan format. Her love of all dance has also led her to train in other styles such as Silvestre Technique, Hula and Tahitian dance.

Catherine is also a Burlesque performer, under the stage name Vul Varine, and is the organiser of the London cabaret show, The Honeysuckle Revue. She is also a proud member of Curious Verses, and director of Sigma.

Catherine travels the world to train and perform, and has taught all over the UK, in Brazil, Indonesia, France and the US.

Anusara Yoga Elements™ Workshop

Join me for a Goddess Isis inspired earthy Yoga movement and meditation class. We will initiate the day by waking up the energies with soft dance-inspired and dynamic movement to prepare to walk into the day with ease.

With Summer Solstice being just a month ago we will dive into the energies of the high time of Summer - blooming nature and the warming atmosphere will guide us.

~ Experience, emotion and expression ~

Elisa dances because she seeks to invoke these three attributes in herself and the spectator.
Teaching Tribal Fusion and BlackSheep BellyDance in Germany and selected countries she is currently working with different dance and teaching influences and trainings with teacher programs from Ashley Lopez, Deb Rubin, Valenteena Ianni and Kami Liddle.
Last year she finished her Anusara Yoga Elements™ Yoga Teacher Training and is fascinated with integrating the underlying Tantrik and Pagan philosophy into her life; this includes the exploration of and experimentation with the quality of movement and flow.
As well as learning from respected Tribal and Fusion dancers Elisa is always on the path of stilling her hunger for origins and studying with selected teachers of Egyptian and Indian dances.

Nuxye Ne

Dark Oriental; dancing beyond the veil

In this workshop we take a step back to the middle eastern origins of Raks Sharki and Bellydance, to bring forth a lyrical flow and deep expression to our dance. 
Part choreography, part musical interpretation, Nuxya will cover technique, work with transitions, stylization, intention and expression, getting you to summon your dark heart to the stage.  

Bio

Nuxya is known for expressive bellydance performances.
Her unique style evolves constantly, taking influence from her background in Bollywood, Egyptian, tribal fusion and Gothic/Dark fusion bellydance.
Nuxya is a principal dancer with the acclaimed theatrical Johara Dance Company as well as an award winning soloist. She has been involved in several performance projects including the Arab Quarterly, award-winning Ahnémon bellydance fusion collaborative and “La Divina Comedia” at Gothla UK.
Nuxya is also slowly learning authentic Hawaiian Hula and completing 2 JWAAD diplomas in bellydance.
